Customer Service


Glow Skin & Body Studio strives to provide you with the highest level of service in the most professional environment possible. Please notify us if there is any way we can make your visit at Glow more comfortable.

Cancellation Policy


In the event you need to cancel your scheduled appointment with us, we ask that you please notify us at least 24 hours in advance as a courtesy to our staff. If we are not properly notified you may be subject to a cancellation charge of up to 50% of your total service price. This amount will be charged to your credit card.

Child Care


At Glow we love children, but please arrange for child care during your services. Children must be receiving services if present or accompanied by an adult.

Pricing Policy


All prices quoted are subject to change without notice.

Product Return


We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our skin and body products. If you decide it is not the right product for you and provided that half of the original amount of product is unused, we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product within 14 days of the original purchase. Exchanges only, no cash or credit card refunds.
